OTHER MISSIONS & VALUES

- Anti corporate cannabis

 - Regulation, but not over regulation.  We’re in favor of age restrictions that are not in place under current law.  We are in favor of manufacturers needing GMP certifications.  

 - Taxation, but not over taxation.  We believe hemp is a commodity under current state and Federal law and should only be taxed as such.  We are not in favor of special cannabis/hemp taxation.

 - Easy access to safe, affordable, and regulated products.

- Removing the smokeable hemp ban as we believe it’s in violation of Federal law and the state can only regulate hemp production NOT downstream products derived from legally grown hemp.  Sighting the Arkansas Federal ruling of the legal definition of hemp & what's considered a legal product.
